The 2026 Tata Punch EV has scored a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating for both adult and child occupant protection with 31.09/32 and 45/49 points, respectively. This is the second time the Punch EV has been tested by Bharat NCAP. Interestingly, the adult occupant protection score has come down marginally since it was last tested in 2024, although child occupant protection remains unchanged. For reference, the pre-facelift Punch EV had scored 31.46/32 and 45/49 in AOP and COP respectively.
