2023 World Car of the Year finalists announced

    Citroen’s first mass market offering in India, the C3, has been shortlisted in the World Urban Car of the Year category.

    The World Car Awards (WCA) has released the list of the top 10 finalists for the World Car of the Year (WCOTY) Award, and top finalists in the other five categories. The jury includes 100 distinguished international automotive journalists from over 30 countries, including Hormazd Sorabjee, Editor of Autocar India, and Renuka Kirpalani, Executive Editor, Video, Autocar India and Editor of the Autocar show.

    Here is a compiled list of the finalists for the 2023 awards.

    The next step involves announcing the top three finalists in the World Car category on March 7. However, the final results will be made public on April 5 at the New York International Auto Show.
