Which Kia Syros variant can you consider?

The mid-spec HTX trim offers good value for money

With prices starting from Rs 12.10 lakh, the Kia Syros’s mid-spec HTX trim offers a good amount of features, making it a value-for-money option. This trim is equipped with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, 6 speakers, and drive and traction control modes. It is available with both manual and automatic choices with the turbo-petrol engine, while the diesel engine is paired with a manual transmission only. Notably, some features, such as an electronic parking brake and paddle shifters, are exclusive to the petrol-automatic variant, which makes it a sweeter deal.

For those on a tighter budget, the HTK+ trim makes a lot of sense. In the Syros’s line-up, this trim falls below the recommended HTX and misses out on front seat ventilation, a rear wiper and washer and leatherette material. However, priced from Rs 10.74 lakh, while offering a turbo-automatic option at 11.92 lakh, it still offers a lot of value.

However, if you want to choose the diesel-automatic combination, you are left with only the higher-spec HTX+ and HTX+ (O). Among these, the HTX+ offers a better value and only misses out on a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS.
