The midsize SUV space is one of the most hotly contested segments in India, where popular models such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder and Skoda Kushaq compete with each other. Although the market has shifted from diesel to petrol, fuel efficiency remains a key aspect for value-conscious buyers in the country.
Here, we have compiled a list of the most fuel-efficient petrol midsize SUVs in India, rated from lowest to highest. Do note that the list is based on ARAI figures, with real-world numbers expected to vary depending on driving conditions and styles.
Note: The claimed ARAI fuel efficiency figures of the Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra, Tata Curvv and MG Astor have not yet been revealed.
