Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has appointed Ashutosh Dixit as the new Brand Director of Porsche India with immediate effect. Dixit takes over from Manolito Vujicic, who has departed SAVWIPL to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

Dixit previously held a leadership position at Porsche Middle East and Africa

Dixit brings more than 28 years of experience (nearly two decades within the Volkswagen Group) to Porsche India’s Brand Director role. Prior to this appointment, Dixit served as the Market Development Director for Porsche Middle East and Africa, where he helped ideate initiatives for the Indian market.

His experience also spans leadership roles across India, China, and Europe, with deep expertise in strategy, sales operations, and brand development.

"India continues to offer strong potential and opportunities for Porsche, and there are exciting times ahead for the brand in this market. I am honoured to take on this role and build on the strong foundation established over recent years. Our focus will be on strengthening customer engagement and unlocking further opportunities," remarked Dixit.

I’m confident he will build on the progress Porsche has made in India and continue to strengthen the brand's presence."

Mahindra to ramp up monthly capacity to 82,000 units by FY27-end
