Lexus cars, SUVs now get 8-year warranty as standard

Vehicles sold from June 1, 2024, will be available with the longer warranty.

Lexus India has announced an 8-year/1,60,000km vehicle warranty for all new Lexus models sold in India from June 1, 2024. This is up from the 3-years/1,00,000km it used to provide until now. The brand claims that this ensures every Lexus vehicle maintains its reputation for exceptional safety and craftsmanship.

Rival Mercedes-Benz offers a 3-year warranty as standard, BMW offers a 2-year standard warranty and Audi offers a 5-year warranty. Lexus currently sells five vehicles in India that include three SUVs, the ES sedan and the LM luxury MPV.
