Tata Nexon price in Sanand

₹8.18 - ₹16.13 Lakh
On road price in
EMI starting at ₹11,906 /month

For the Nexon, the real decision buyers face is not just trim but powertrain: Tata sells the Nexon in petrol, CNG and diesel forms, and depending on which one you pick, there are four distinct gearbox layouts on offer. Once that choice is settled, the on-road math in Sanand becomes straightforward, though it still layers RTO registration, insurance and other statutory charges over the ex-showroom figure, and this markup shifts from city to city. In Sanand, the Petrol Smart MT, the base variant, is priced at Rs. 7.40 lakh ex-showroom, which becomes Rs. 8.18 lakh on-road once these charges are factored in.

  • Base variant, Petrol Smart MT: Rs. 8.18 lakh on-road in Sanand
  • Diesel Fearless + PS Red #Dark AMT, the top variant and top model in the range, with a panoramic sunroof, JBL sound system, blind spot monitor and cornering headlights: Rs. 16.13 lakh on-road
  •  Automatic gearbox trims cost more than the equivalent manual; the Smart AMT, for instance, carries roughly Rs. 1.67 lakh premium over the base model's manual gearbox
  • Autocar's value pick: the Creative petrol trim, which brings adaptive cruise control, climate control and blind spot monitoring without stepping up to the range-topping Fearless trim

An EMI of Rs. 11,906 against a loan of Rs. 7,40,000 is what the base model, Petrol Smart MT, translates to on paper, and that number is a sensible baseline before weighing whether a costlier trim's extra kit justifies the jump. Given that pricing already spans petrol, CNG and diesel across manual and automatic gearboxes, it pays to lock in the powertrain and feature list first, then let that decision steer which trim actually makes sense in Sanand.

Hey, We are planning to buy a sub-4-metre SUV, and our main requirement is good suspension for Bengaluru’s pothole-filled roads, especially as my wife is pregnant. We have shortlisted the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Tata Nexon. Which one would you recommend for our requirements? I was also considering a larger SUV like the Honda Elevate, but a well-equipped variant costs around Rs. 18 lakh on-road, which is beyond my budget. Could you suggest some good options in both categories? I can stretch my budget up to around Rs. 15 lakh on-road if required.

Given your priorities, the Mahindra XUV 3XO is the best fit. It has the most comfortable ride in the segment, with a suspension that deals with broken roads and potholes better than the Brezza or Nexon. The wide rear seat and good cabin space will also make a difference for your wife and family. The Brezza is the more reliable long-term ownership proposition, but its ride is not as plush as the 3XO. The Nexon is a good all-rounder, but the 3XO has the edge on ride comfort and rear seat space. On the Honda Elevate, it is a solid, reliable SUV with a comfortable ride, but at Rs 18 lakh on-road for the well-equipped variants, it is not worth stretching your budget for. The 3XO gives you a better ride and more features for less money.Overall, the 3XO is the best balance of ride comfort, space and value for your requirements. Go for the petrol automatic variant for the smoothest city driving experience.

Hello all, I am looking to buy a new car with Rs. 10-12 lakh budget. I am confused between i20 IVT hatchback and mini SUV like the Kia Sonet DCA or Tata Nexon AMT. Most of my driving is 3000 to 4000km per month on the highway. I am in Bangalore.

Given your high running of 3,000-4,000km a month on the highway, the priority should be a car that is comfortable, stable at speed and easy to live with over long distances. The Hyundai i20 IVT is a good hatchback, but at that kind of running, a compact SUV makes more sense because of the higher seating position, better ground clearance and generally more comfortable ride over broken patches. Between the Kia Sonet DCT and Tata Nexon AMT, the Sonet DCT is the better fit for your usage. The DCT is a proper automatic gearbox, which is smoother and quicker to respond than an AMT, especially on highways where quick gear changes matter during overtakes. The Sonet also feels more refined, more premium and better put together overall. The Nexon is a solid car, but the AMT gearbox is not as smooth or as enjoyable on long highway runs. The only caveat with the Sonet DCT is that dual-clutch gearboxes can get a bit jerky in heavy stop-start traffic, but on highways, they are in their element. Overall, the Sonet DCT is the best fit for your usage and budget.

I own a Tata Nexon AMT 2024 Pure S variant. My mother and I are the ones who drive the car. I like to take it on the highways and hills; my mother uses it for short distances: 80 city, 20 highways But the jerky shifts annoy me, and the visibility annoys my mother; lack of a 360 camera and seat height adjustment further adds to the stress for her Will the Amaze CVT VX variant be a good choice? For both of us, or which compact SUV with automatic transmission is a good choice with visibility and efficiency as well for city drives

The Honda Amaze CVT VX is a very sensible upgrade from the Nexon AMT. The CVT gearbox is far smoother than the AMT, which will make both city driving and hill climbs much more pleasant. The Amaze also offers excellent visibility, a comfortable driving position and a reliable ownership experience. However, it is a sedan, so you will lose the higher seating position and ground clearance of an SUV, which can be useful on highways and rough roads.Given your usage, a compact SUV with a proper automatic gearbox is a better fit. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza automatic is a strong recommendation here. It uses a 6-speed torque converter automatic, which is much smoother than the Nexon AMT, and it offers excellent visibility, a comfortable driving position and low running costs. But it is on the pricier side.Overall, the Amaze CVT is a good alternative if you are happy to move to a sedan, but if budget permits, the Brezza is the more versatile choice.

I am planning to buy a car (first time) with the budget around 15 lakhs, my monthly drive would be 500-600 KM. I am looking for good reliable, long ownership with minimal maintenance. Preferablly Toyota, Honda or Maruthi. Confusing to choose the segments between sub compact top end or compact mid end models, like brezza/nexon top end or creta/hyryder/seltos/victoris mid end.
