Mahindra Thar Roxx now gets a new mocha-coloured interior option at no extra cost. The company introduced this shade after receiving feedback on the SUV’s off-white interior, which was prone to getting dirty, especially during off-road activities. This is in addition to the dual-tone ivory and black colour scheme already available with the SUV.

Mahindra Thar Roxx: booking, delivery details
The mocha interior colour option will exclusively be available on the 4x4 variants of the Thar Roxx, and it gets the same leatherette finish as in the ivory-themed Roxx. Customers will have the option to choose between either interior colours when booking the vehicle.
While almost all Mahindra dealers have seen a decent number of pre-bookings, official bookings for the Thar Roxx will commence online on October 3 at 11 am. The booking amount is set at Rs 21,000. Mahindra says deliveries for the Thar Roxx with the ivory interiors will begin in October itself, although deliveries for the mocha interior-themed Thar Roxx will only commence by January 2025.
Mahindra Thar Roxx: powertrain, 4x4 tech
The Roxx’s 4WD variants come only with a 2.2-litre diesel engine, whose power figure varies based on whether it is paired with the 6-speed manual (152hp/330Nm) or the 6-speed torque converter automatic (175hp/370Nm). The Thar Roxx petrol is 2WD only and comes with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine in two states of tune – 162hp/330N for the manual and 177hp/380Nm for the automatic.
