    Kia Digi-Connect: what is it?

As mentioned above Kia says its Digi-Connect service will allow customers to directly interact with their nearest dealership via video conferencing. Aside from simple interaction, customers will be able to add in family members from across the country to the discussions, in a bid to provide a showroom-like experience.

The company also says that the platform will “provide customers several additional options of 360-degree virtual experience through video call, screen and video sharing, along with sharing of brochures, pricelist, etc.”

Interested customers can fill out the required details under Kia Digi-Connect on the Kia India website, which includes selecting the date and time of the video conference.

    Kia India: upcoming launches

Kia has had a relatively quiet 2021, with the carmaker having recently launched updated versions of the Seltos and Sonet SUVs, featuring the brand’s new logo, along with revised variants and some additional kit. The carmaker has also introduced a buyback scheme for its Carnival MPV, offering new customers the chance to return the MPV within 30 days of purchase, should they not be satisfied with the vehicle.

The carmaker’s next big launch for the Indian market is expected in 2021, with the brand having confirmed an all-new model’s arrival. The new model is expected to be a Seltos-based MPV to rival the Maruti Ertiga and XL6.
