Over the past few months, Tata has seen a notable uptick in vehicle sales. It overtook Hyundai to number two in December 2021, and January 2022 was the carmaker’s best month yet in terms of monthly unit dispatches. However, while the carmaker’s sales might be on the up, the carmaker is still offering some notable discounts and exchange benefits going up to Rs 60,000, depending on the model.

    Tata Harrier

Benefits of up to Rs 60,000

Buyers will like the diesel-only Harrier for its spacious and comfortable cabin, well sorted ride and rugged feel. Depending on availability of stocks, buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 60,000 on unsold 2021 model year examples, including cash benefits of up to Rs 20,000.

Newer 2022 model year units only attract exchange benefits of up to Rs 40,000 on the standard variants. Dark Edition trims are available with exchange benefits of up to Rs 20,000. Corporate buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 25,000 on the SUV.

    Tata Safari

Benefits of up to Rs 60,000

Tata’s flagship SUV shares the strengths of the Harrier but with the crucial addition of a decently spacious third row of seating. Like the Harrier, the Safari too is a diesel-only model, with buyers able to opt between a manual or automatic gearbox, depending on their preference.

The Safari can be had with benefits of up to Rs 60,000 on any unsold 2021 model year units, with newer 2022 examples only offered with exchange benefits of up to Rs 40,000. The range-topping Gold edition variants, though, don’t attract any benefits.

    Tata Tiago

Benefits of up to Rs 30,000

Tata’s small hatchback is spacious, well equipped and also offers a well sorted ride. The hatchback is available with a sole 86hp, 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, though buyers now get the option of a factory fitted CNG kit. The hatchback can be had with cash benefits of up to Rs 10,000 across all but the recently launched CNG variants, with exchange benefits of up to Rs 20,000 depending on variant.

Corporate buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 5,000 on the hatchback.

    Tata Tigor

Benefits of up to Rs 25,000

The compact sedan sibling to the Tiago, the Tigor stands out for its four-door coupe look in a segment populated by more conventionally styled sedans. Buyers will like the Tigor for its spacious and well-appointed cabin, though, like the Tiago, buyers only get the option of a sole petrol engine – now with the option of a factory fitted CNG kit.

Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 25,000 on the compact sedan across all but the CNG variants.

    Tata Nexon

    Benefits up to Rs 15,000

One of Tata’s bestselling models, the Nexon stands out for its distinctive looks, well sorted ride and comfortable cabin. Available with a choice of turbo-petrol and diesel engines – both with manual and AMT gearboxes – the Nexon offers multiple variants for buyers to choose from. While petrol variants of the Nexon attract no benefits, diesel models are available with exchange benefits of up to Rs 15,000.

Corporate buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 10,000 on the compact SUV.

    Tata Altroz

    Benefits up to Rs 10,000

Tata’s premium hatchback misses out on cash and exchange benefits in the month of February, with only corporate benefits of up to Rs 10,000 available on the premium hatchback. The Altroz can be had with either an 86hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine or a 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol unit, with the latter adding more zing to the hatchback’s performance. Those wanting a diesel can opt for a 90hp, 1.5-litre mill. All engines come with a manual gearbox as standard, with no automatic gearbox option currently on offer.

Disclaimer: Discounts vary from city to city and are subject to availability of stock. Please check with your local dealer for exact discount figures.
