BMW has launched the 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition in India at Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The limited-run variant sits atop the 3 Series LWB range and is only available with a petrol engine. The M Sport Pro Edition is Rs 2 lakh costlier than the 330Li M Sport.

BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition: what’s new?

The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine was only offered in a single ‘M Sport’ trim until now. The new M Sport Pro Edition gets a blacked-out kidney grille, adaptive LED headlights with shadowline elements and a gloss-black rear diffuser. The M Sport Pro also gets ADAS features such as Blind Spot Assistant, Lane Change Assistant and Parking Assistant Plus with Remote 3D View.

BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition: powertrain

No mechanical changes have been made to the sedan, and it continues to be offered with the same 258hp, 400Nm, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. BMW claims that the 3 Series Gran Limousine petrol can sprint from 0-100kph in 6.2 seconds.

The standard 3 Series Gran Limousine has a 190hp, 400Nm, 2.0-litre turbo-diesel.

BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition: features

BMW has carried over the equipment list for the special edition version of the 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport. So, it continues to get a curved display that combines a 12.3-inch driver’s display and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, three-zone climate control, 16-speaker Harman Kardon Surround Sound system, a 360-degree camera, and more.

The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine competes with the Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class in India.
