To celebrate the Volkswagen Polo's 50 years of production, the German carmaker has revealed a limited-run Edition 50. The edition is based on the second-from-base Style variant sold in international markets, and comes with exclusive '50' badges that make it stand out from the other variants. Talking about the powertrain on offer, the VW Polo Edition 50 is powered by a 95hp, 175Nm 1-litre TSI motor, which can be paired with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The same turbo petrol engine can be had with a higher 116hp, 200Nm tune, though, with the DCT only.
