Tata has launched the Aeris in India as the facelifted version of the Tigor compact sedan. Priced from Rs 5.29 lakh to Rs 9.74 lakh (ex-showroom), it is available in five trims: Smart, Pure, Pure+, Creative and Accomplished. Along with the new variant nomenclature, the Aeris gets extensive exterior and interior updates that give it a design similar to the current Tiago. It continues with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine, available with either petrol or CNG, while both powertrain options can be paired with a manual or automated manual transmission.
