Tata Altroz iCNG engine and performance

The Altroz iCNG is powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine that comes with the petrol Altroz. However, it features dual-cylinder technology, which, as the name suggests, features two smaller cylinders instead of a single large one, allowing it to have greater boot space than its rivals at 215 litres. When running on petrol, the engine produces 88hp and 115Nm of torque, but on CNG, the power drops slightly and it produces 77hp and 103Nm of torque. The Altroz will rival the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno CNG and the Toyota Glanza CNG.
