Hyundai Creta price in Hoshangabad
Hyundai Creta on road price in Hoshangabad, the base model Petrol E MT starts at 12.44 lakh and the top model Diesel King Knight AT reaches 24.64 lakh. The Diesel EX(O) AT sits between the two at 18.50 lakh, and that middle section is where most buyers end up.
If you are financing Creta, a loan of 11,20,000 on the base model Petrol E MT means an EMI of 18,020 a month. Stepping up to the top model Diesel King Knight AT raises that to 35,718 on a loan of 22,20,000.
Why prices change from the base model to the top model:
There are three engines here rather than one, so part of the price difference is the engine you pick before any equipment is counted.
The diesel costs more than the 115hp petrol, and the 160hp turbo-petrol sits above both.
Four gearboxes are offered across the range, and every automatic option costs more than the manual it replaces.
The panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats and the 360-degree camera arrive part way up the range rather than at the bottom.
Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist and automatic emergency braking are reserved for the higher variants, which is where the last part of the price goes.
Registration, road tax and insurance are added to the ex-showroom figure, and how much they add depends on the state you buy in. That is why the same variant costs more in one city than another.

The 2026 Hyundai Creta feels dated in comparison to newer offerings like the Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra, Renault Duster, Nissan Tekton, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. As such, it misses out on a lot of new-age features that the rivals offer, while being offered at a similar price compared to the newer rivals. So, even though it is the bestselling midsize SUV, it does not currently offer a lot of value for the price paid.
I currently own a Creta 1.4 CRDi E+ diesel variant and am looking to replace it. My budget is Rs 15 lakh, and I would prefer an EV, followed by a hybrid or diesel variant.
We would either Since you are coming from a Hyundai Creta, the Kia Syros EV is worth considering as it offers a more premium experience while still having a surprisingly spacious cabin despite its smaller exterior dimensions. This Kia car is also more comfortable than the MG Windsor, both in terms of ride quality and seating comfort. Its compact dimensions should also make it easier to manoeuvre in the city. The Windsor EV remains a strong alternative if maximum cabin space is the priority. Its spacious and airy interior make it a practical family electric car, and it would be a natural choice if you want to retain the sense of space you are used to in the Creta.
I took my Creta in for its second service today, still under warranty so wasn't expecting much of a bill. Mileage's been steady around 14-15 combined, no complaints so far except some tyre noise on rough patches.
I read that Hyundai launched lounge edition for creta and alcazar. Just wanted to know, whether this is just an cosmetic upgrade or something has changed functionally too?
I have been using a Venue diesel since June 2021 and am now looking to upgrade. In the past five years, I have not faced a single DPF or any other issue with the car. My shortlist includes the Creta and the new Seltos. My heart says Creta, but my mind says new Seltos. Which one should I go for?
Since your 2021 Venue has completed five years without a single DPF or other issue, you already have a positive Hyundai ownership experience. If your heart is also with the Creta, there is little reason to ignore that preference. The new Kia Seltos is the more substantial and feature-rich product, but the Creta offers a very similar mechanical package, excellent comfort and a more familiar ownership proposition. If you are planning to keep the next car for several years, the difference in features shouldn't outweigh your preference for the Hyundai Creta. The Seltos makes sense if you specifically want its additional space, features or styling, but there is no compelling reason to choose it purely for reliability or mechanical reasons.
I am looking for a mid-size SUV in the Rs 15-16 lakh range. I have narrowed my list down to the new Duster 1.3 Turbo Techno+ and the Hyundai Creta 1.5 NA S(O). I really like the Creta's interior, but I am concerned that since Kia has already launched the new-generation Seltos, the new-generation Creta may not be far away. My daily running is approximately 80km, mostly on the highway, with some city driving. Please suggest which would be the better buy.
With an 80km daily run, mostly on the highway, the priority should be a car that is comfortable over long distances, stable at speed and easy to live with. The Duster 1.3 Turbo Techno+ is the better fit here. The Renault Duster’s ride quality is genuinely excellent, soaking up bad roads and undulations in a way few cars in this price range can. It also feels planted and confidence-inspiring at highway speeds, which makes long daily commutes far less tiring. The 1.3 turbo petrol engine is punchy and well-suited to highway driving, giving you strong overtaking performance when you need it. Moreover, the Techno+ variant represents excellent value in this price range, especially for your needs. The Hyundai Creta 1.5 NA S(O) is a very good car, but the naturally aspirated engine is not as strong on the highway, especially when fully loaded. You're right about the new generation; Kia has already launched the new Seltos, and Hyundai is expected to bring the next-generation Creta to India in early 2027. That said, the current Creta is still a very competent product, and Hyundai’s ownership experience and service network are strong.Given your usage, the Duster’s ride comfort, highway stability and stronger engine make it the better buy.
