Up to Rs 12.80 lakh off on Mercedes-Benz S-class, E-class, GLA, GLE and more

    Buyers can avail large discounts on the purchase of a Mercedes-Benz model, including AMGs and Maybachs, this month.

    Up to Rs 12.80 lakh off on Mercedes-Benz S-class, E-class, GLA, GLE and more

    Sales of new cars have been plummeting since the start of the year, with the passenger vehicle segment witnessing its worst-ever monthly sales in eight years in April 2019. Therefore, in a bid to clear stock of older models and to boost sales of slow-moving models, Mercedes-Benz is offering huge discounts and benefits on a number of cars from their portfolio for the month of June. Read on to find out how much you can save on the purchase of a new Mercedes-Benz car this month.

    Mercedes-Benz S-class

    Save up to Rs 12.80 lakh
    The flagship Mercedes-Benz S-class sedan can be had with discounts of Rs 12.8 lakh and complementary insurance on the 2018 Model Year S 350d variants, which is powered by a 286hp, 3.0-litre straight-six diesel motor. The 367hp, S 450 petrol model also gets complementary insurance, in addition to a Rs 9.05 lakh discount. The MY2018 S-class Maybach range, too, gets a discount of up to Rs 7.75 lakh.

    Mercedes-Benz CLA

    Save up to Rs 10.25 lakh
    Mercedes’ entry-level sedan offering, the CLA, can be had with discounts of up to Rs 4.25 lakh for MY2018 cars and Rs 3.25 lakh for MY2019 cars. The performance-focused CLA 45 AMG, meanwhile, is being offered with a huge discount of Rs 10.25 lakh for 2015 models. The 380hp AMG model also gets complementary insurance, as a part of the benefits.

    Mercedes-Benz GLE

    Save up to Rs 9 lakh
    For the month of June, 2018 model year GLEs are being offered with benefits of up to Rs 9 lakh, with a view to clear stocks before the new model arrives. The offer is applicable on both, the 204hp 250d and the 258hp 350d variants. Furthermore, MY2018 Mercedes-AMG GLE 43 coupes, which are powered by a 367hp, 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6, can be availed with discounts of Rs 3 lakh. 

    Mercedes-Benz E-class

    Save up to Rs 6.75 lakh
    The Mercedes-Benz E-class, which rivals the BMW 5-series and Audi A6, also gets benefits of up to Rs 6.75 lakh on the MY2018 E 200 and E 220d variants, while MY2019 cars have a Rs 4.80 lakh discount. Dealers are also offering the range-topping E 350d (MY2018) variants with up to Rs 6 lakh off, along with a discount of up to Rs 3.50 lakh on the slow-selling E-class All-Terrain model. The E 220d and E-class All-Terrain share the same 194hp, 2.0-litre diesel motor. The E 350d gets a 258hp, 3.0-litre V6 diesel, while the E 200 is powered by a 184hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol mill.

    Mercedes-Benz GLC

    Save up to Rs 6.25 lakh
    With the facelifted model already revealed this year, Mercedes is keen to clear stocks of the current GLC SUV. 2018 models of the luxury SUV are available with Rs 6.25 lakh off on the petrol 300 Progressive variant, Rs 6 lakh off on the diesel Prime trim, and Rs 5.50 lakh off on the diesel Progressive variant. MY2019 GLCs are also on offer, with Rs 3.50 lakh discount for the diesels and Rs 3.25 lakh discount for the GLC 300 petrol.

    Mercedes-Benz C-class

    Save up to Rs 6.25 lakh
    One of the most popular products from Mercedes-Benz in India, the C-class is currently being offered with up to Rs 6.25 lakh off on the C 220d facelift and Rs 5.75 lakh off on the C 200 facelift, for cars made in 2018. The MY2019 cars are also available with a discount of Rs 3.75 lakh for both, the C 220d and C 200. Additionally, C 220d buyers (for both MY2018 and MY2019) will also get a special ‘C-class Radiant Package’ option, which gets the sportier Mercedes-Benz diamond grille, along with the LED projector logo. The Mercedes C-class facelift was launched in India in September 2018, featuring BS6-compliant diesel engines in the 194hp C 220d and the 245hp C 300d, along with an all-new 184hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with mild-hybrid tech in the C200.

    Mercedes-Benz A/B-class

    Save up to Rs 6.25 lakh
    An entry-point to the Mercedes-Benz brand, the A- and B-class models are, both powered by a 122hp, 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 136hp, 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine. Presently, both models can be had with discounts of Rs 6.25 lakh. The discounts are valid on MY2017 A-class models, and on MY2016 and 2017 for the B-class.  

    Mercedes-Benz GLA

    Save up to Rs 6.10 lakh
    The GLA is Mercedes’ smallest SUV, which is now available with discounts of up to Rs 6.10 lakh for 2018 models. Furthermore, MY2019 GLAs can be had with Rs 4.35 lakh and Rs 2.50 lakh off for the Sports and Urban Edition variants, respectively. Powering the GLA SUV is a 136hp, 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine and a 183hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine.

    Mercedes-Benz GLS

    Save up to Rs 4.75 lakh
    The GLS is the largest SUV in Mercedes’ line-up, and with a new-gen model right around the corner, the current-gen GLS 350d can be availed with a discount of Rs 4.75 lakh for 2019 models. Powering the 350d is a 258hp, 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine that sends power to all four wheels via a 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and Mercedes’ 4MATIC system.
