The eSUV will charge from 0-80 percent battery capacity within 50min via a 50kW DC fast charger, while a 7.4kW AC home charger, which MG will setup at owners’ homes or offices, will take around 6-8 hours for a full charge.

The eSUV is a direct rival to the Hyundai Kona Electric – priced between Rs 23.72-23.91 lakh (ex-showroom) – that had launched last year and may also rival the upcoming Tata Nexon EV.
