2017 Maruti Celerio X variant details revealed

The launch of the Maruti Celerio X is expected soon, but a brochure of the cross-hatchback has been leaked confirming many details of the model.

As per the brochure, the engine and transmission will remain the same – the 998cc, three-cylinder petrol motor that makes 68hp and 90Nm, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. Also, like the standard Celerio, the cross-hatch will get the option of a five-speed AMT as well.

As we had mentioned earlier, the Celerio X gets black cladding all around, faux roof rails and silver garnish on the bumpers. It also offers the option of an orange shade for the exterior, blacked-out outside mirrors, blacked-out B-pillar and a rear wiper. The brochure also mentions that the seat covers of the Celerio X will get orange accents.
