2025 Hyundai Creta Electric feature updates

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for all Creta Electric variants

Hyundai will now offer its proprietary wired-to-wireless adapter for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity with all variants of the Creta Electric. Moreover, the Excellence 42kWh and 51.4kWh variants will include a dashcam and a rear wireless charger, while the Creta Electric Premium trim now gets vegan leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, and an 8-way powered driver’s seat. Lastly, the Creta Electric is now available with two new colour options: Matte Black and Shadow Grey.

Features included in the new Creta Electric 42kWh variants

Coming to the new Creta Electric variants, the Executive Tech 42kWh gets creature comforts like a panoramic sunroof, rear sunshades, vegan leather upholstery and ventilated front seats, whereas the Excellence 42kWh additionally packs in Level 2 ADAS, 8-way powered front seats, front parking sensors, auto-dimming IRVM, rain-sensing wipers, and more.

2025 Hyundai Creta Electric range updates

Claimed range increased by roughly 7.8 percent

The Creta Electric’s claimed range has been bumped up from 390km to 420km for the 42kWh battery pack, and 473km to 510km for the 51.4kWh unit. This represents an uptick of around 7.8 percent in range for both battery configurations and should translate to a meaningful improvement in the Creta Electric's real-world range, too. Power and torque figures remain unchanged for the Creta Electric. Hyundai says that the longer range, along with faster charging capabilities (up to 200kW) for both battery options, has been enabled via over-the-air (OTA) updates. Existing Creta Electric owners could be able to get the longer range and quicker charging as well.
