Hyundai's entry-level sedan, the Aura, starts from  Rs 5.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The sedan spans five trims: E, S, Corporate, SX, and SX(O), and is powered by two engine options—an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol paired with manual or AMT transmission, and a 1.2-litre bi-fuel petrol with CNG, producing 69hp with a manual gearbox. It gets an inverted trapezoidal air dam design, LED DRLs, 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, and Z-shaped LED taillamps. The Aura rivals the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze, and Tata Tigor in the segment.

The sedan is available in five monotone colours—Atlas White and Titan Grey for the E trim, while Typhoon Silver, Starry Night, and Aqua Teal are offered from the S trim onwards.

Delhi’s pollution crisis justifies strong mandates like this
Buyers will find ways around it, like registering in other states
It's too harsh! Incentivising EV purchases is a better strategy
The mandate should extend to four-wheelers too
