The Volkswagen Tayron for India has been revealed before its launch by March. The large 7-seat SUV will be VW India's flagship SUV when prices are announced and contend with the likes of the Skoda Kodiaq and MG Majestor. The Tayron will be available in a single R Line trim, and a sole powertrain – a 204hp 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that sends power to all-four wheels via Volkswagen's 4Motion AWD system.
