The MG Hector Tomahawk is an upcoming seven-seat electric SUV that will sit above the Hector in JSW MG’s India line-up. It is based on the company’s new ADAPT platform and will launch in India in electric form on August 26, 2026. A plug-in hybrid version will follow at a later date.

The Hector Tomahawk will feature three rows of seating, with a bench-style second row. Its exterior gets rectangular LED headlamps, signature LED DRLs, wraparound LED tail-lamps, two-tone alloy wheels, pronounced front fenders and prominent roof rails.

The EV is expected to use a 69.2kWh LFP battery and a single front-mounted electric motor producing 201hp and 310Nm. Its official India range figure is yet to be announced. The Indonesia-spec model on which it is based has a claimed CLTC range of up to 530km.
