The global-spec VF MPV 7 is powered by a 60.13kWh battery pack paired with a front-axle-mounted (FWD) electric motor producing 204hp and 280Nm, enabling a claimed 0-100kph sprint in 10 seconds. The NEDC-claimed range is 450km. The battery pack supports up to 80kW DC fast charging, allowing a top-up from 10 percent to 80 percent in a claimed 30 minutes. The Vinfast VF MPV 7 features a boxy silhouette with design cues similar to the VF6 and VF7 e-SUVs. It gets vertically stacked LED headlights and a full-width LED light bar at the front that converges at the centre, where the Vinfast logo is placed.

As for the profile, the international-spec model rides on 19-inch aero-optimised alloy wheels and features slim black cladding around the wheel arches and along the lower sections of the doors. At the rear, the MPV gets a full-width LED light bar similar in design to the front daytime running lamps (DRLs), along with a black-finished bumper that adds visual contrast.

The Vinfast VF MPV 7 features a minimalist interior layout and comes with a 7-seat configuration. The dashboard is centred around a 10.1-inch touchscreen that also doubles as the instrumentation display. The steering wheel is a 3-spoke unit with physical buttons. While a conventional digital driver’s display is absent, the India-spec model is expected to offer a head-up display (HUD), similar to the VF6 and VF7, for added convenience.

Its safety suite includes four airbags, hill-start assist, ABS with EBD and an electronic parking brake. That said, the India-spec MPV is likely to offer additional features over the global model.

Buyback and exchange incentives will also be offered

With the VF MPV 7, Vinfast will also offer a 75 percent buyback value after two years, based on the trade-in vehicle’s ex-showroom price, along with a special incentive of up to Rs 2 lakh for customers exchanging a combustion-powered car. VF MPV 7 customers will also benefit from free charging at Vinfast’s V-Green charging stations until March 31, 2029. The manufacturer also plans to establish 75 showrooms and 230 touchpoints for its four-wheeler business in India by the end of this year.
