New Hyundai cars get benefits up to Rs 1.05 lakh in June 2020

Hyundai is offering benefits and discounts ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 1.05 lakh on select models this month.

In a bid to boost buyer sentiment as the country comes out of the nationwide lockdown, Hyundai dealers have been authorised to offer a host of benefits and discounts on select models in June 2020. For this month, models that come with offers include the Hyundai Elantra, Elite i20, Grand i10 Nios, Grand i10 and Santro. In addition to the deals listed below, the Korean carmaker is offering additional benefits worth up to Rs 3,000 to medical professionals.

Hyundai Elantra

Benefits up to Rs 1.05 lakh
Hyundai’s Honda Civic rival, the Elantra, is presently available with just a BS6-complaint 152hp, 2.0-litre petrol engine, which comes with a choice of manual or automatic gearboxes. A diesel variant is expected to arrive soon, featuring the same 115hp, 1.5-litre engine used by the new Hyundai Creta. Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 1.05 lakh on the Hyundai Elantra, inclusive of cash discounts and exchange benefits of up to Rs 40,000 each.

Hyundai Grand i10

Benefits up to Rs 65,000
The Hyundai Grand i10 has soldiered on following the launch of its successor, the Grand i10 Nios, but as a petrol-only hatchback. Buyers looking to buy this easy to use urban runabout can avail of benefits cash and exchange benefits worth up to Rs 40,000 and Rs 15,000, respectively.

Hyundai Santro

Benefits up to Rs 45,000
The most affordable Hyundai car available right now is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 45,000, depending on the variant available. The base Era Executive trims are offered with benefits worth Rs 35,000. The Hyundai Santro, which is known for its roomy cabin, rivals the popular Maruti Wagon R and Tata Tiago.

Hyundai Elite i20

Benefits up to Rs 40,000
While the launch of the all-new i20 is just around the corner, Hyundai has upgraded the current Elite i20 to meet BS6 emission norms. The hatchback is available solely with an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine and a manual gearbox; the previously available automatic gearbox option is also not on offer. Buyers can avail of benefits worth up to Rs 40,000 on the Maruti Baleno rival.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

Benefits up to Rs 30,000
Essentially the next-generation of the Grand i10, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios competes against the Ford Figo and the Maruti Suzuki Swift. Buyers can choose from either a 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol or a 75hp, 1.2-litre diesel engine, though those looking for a sportier experience could opt for the 100hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 30,000 on this value-for-money hatchback.
