A month after its launch, Hero has announced the revised price of the new Karizma XMR. Effective from October 1, 2023, the Karizma XMR will be priced at Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), up by Rs 7,000 on the introductory price announced in August.

Hero also mentioned that interested customers can book the Karizma XMR at the introductory price till September 30 by paying a token amount of Rs 3,000. The next booking window will be announced at a later date and it will consider the updated price.
Hero Karizma XMR engine, underpinnings
The Karizma XMR is powered by a new liquid-cooled, 210cc, single-cylinder engine producing 25.5hp and 20.4Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox and a slip and assist clutch. This new engine is nestled in a steel trellis frame, suspended by a telescopic fork and a preload adjustable monoshock. The Karizma XMR also gets 300mm and 240mm discs at the front and rear, respectively and is the first Hero motorcycle to get dual-channel ABS.

Hero’s latest fully-faired motorcycle is packed with features like an adjustable windscreen and an LCD panel with Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation. Hero Karizma XMR rivals
Even at its revised price of Rs 1.80 lakh, the Karizma XMR is more affordable than all but one of its rivals, the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 (Rs 1.72 lakh). It competes with Yamaha R15 V4 (Rs 1.82 lakh-1.87 lakh), Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 (Rs 1.92 lakh-2.05 lakh) and KTM RC 200 (Rs 2.18 lakh).
