Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR

The Karizma XMR is a fully-faired 210cc sport-touring motorcycle, designed by Hero MotoCorp for a younger, tech-savvy audience. The motorcycle is powered by a 4V liquid cooled DOHC engine that produces 25.5PS and 20.4Nm, and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch. These power figures make the Hero Karizma XMR the most powerful motorcycle in its class.

To complement its sport-touring nature, Karizma XMR also features a segment-first, manually adjustable windshield (visor) that allows for 30 mm of upward and downward movement to improve high-speed aerodynamics. The motorcycle also comes equipped with a TFT instrument cluster with 35+ features, USD forks, a USB port, and more.  

The Hero Karizma XMR price starts at ₹1.84 lakh and goes up to ₹1.86 lakh. Meanwhile, the Karizma XMR on road price in major Indian cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai ranges between Rs 2.04 lakh and Rs 2.25 lakh.

Factors to Consider Before Buying Karizma XMR

• Even though the Karizma XMR is a sport-touring motorcycle, its fuel tank is relatively small. This means you may have to stop for fuel more often on long rides. 
• The engine makes its peak torque higher in the rev range, so the bike may feel slightly slow at lower speeds before the performance kicks in.
• Climbing onto the pillion seat may be difficult for short passengers because of the bike’s height and seat design.
• As per some owners, the Karizma XMR’s DOHC 210cc engine and electronics can be harder to diagnose at regular service center mechanics.
