2026 Jeep Avenger facelift: What’s new?

The images provided so far show only the front end of the 2026 Avenger facelift, but there are notable changes here. Particularly, the SUV gets a redesigned all-black grille with Jeep’s classic seven-slot design, but with segmented LEDs up top that align with the daytime running lamps (DRLs) in the squarish headlights. This setup was previewed in a recent official teaser (pictured below) for the 2026 Avenger facelift.

Moving down, the 2026 Avenger’s bumper has seen a significant rework. The centre portion of the cladding is raised and integrates the air duct, and the fog lamps have been positioned slightly lower. The air dam is reshaped and a bit larger, and the skid plate has also been mildly tweaked. Elsewhere, expect a new design for the alloy wheels and an updated rear end.
Jeep Avenger powertrain options

As mentioned earlier, the Avenger can be had with petrol, hybrid and EV powertrains, all of which are likely to be retained for the 2026 facelift. The petrol Avenger is powered by a 100hp 1.2-litre turbo engine, which is actually a slightly detuned version of the mill found in the India-spec Citroen C3. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The Avenger’s hybrid versions club the aforementioned 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed dual-clutch that integrates a 29hp electric motor; it can be had in either a 110hp FWD or 145hp ‘4xe’ AWD guise. Lastly, the Avenger EV features a 54kWh battery and a front-mounted motor setup that makes 156hp and delivers a WLTP-claimed range of 400km.
