Xtreme 125R has sharp bodywork, muscular fuel tank, split seat and aggressive LED headlamp give it the look of a much larger motorcycle. The fit and finish are good, with neatly finished body panels and quality paint. While some switchgear and plastic parts are not class-leading, the overall quality feels solid and well put together for its price.

The Xtreme 125R offers a comfortable and upright riding position that makes it suitable for daily commuting. The handlebar, seat and footpeg position strike a good balance between comfort and sportiness. The seat provides adequate support for both the rider and pillion, while the suspension absorbs most road imperfections well. Although the rear suspension feels slightly firm over sharper bumps, overall ride comfort remains good for everyday use.

The 124.7cc engine delivers smooth and responsive performance, especially in city conditions. It has a strong low- and mid-range, making overtaking and riding through traffic easy without frequent gear shifts. The engine feels refined and offers enough performance for occasional highway rides as well. While it is not the fastest motorcycle in the segment, it provides a good balance of performance and efficiency. Fuel economy is another strong point, making the Xtreme 125R an economical choice for daily use.

The Xtreme 125R feels light, agile and easy to ride. Its well-balanced chassis allows quick direction changes while maintaining stability through corners. The suspension provides a comfortable ride on most road surfaces, and the motorcycle remains confidence-inspiring even when ridden enthusiastically. Braking performance is strong, with the front disc offering good stopping power and feel.

The motorcycle comes equipped with full-LED lighting, a digital LCD instrument cluster and a side-stand engine cut-off function. It also offers single-channel ABS, a feature rarely seen in the 125cc segment, which improves braking confidence and safety. The instrument cluster is simple and easy to read, though it lacks some advanced connectivity features offered by a few rivals.

The Xtreme 125R delivers a mix of sporty styling, comfortable ergonomics, refined performance and confident handling at an attractive price. While it could have offered more features and slightly better rear suspension comfort, these are minor drawbacks. Overall, it stands out as one of the most well-rounded motorcycles in the 125cc segment, offering strong value for riders looking for a stylish, practical and enjoyable everyday commuter.
