2025 was the year when mass-market OEMs adopted cross-spoke wheels or tubeless spoke wheels, previously reserved for high-end motorcycles. The Royal Enfield Himalayan was the one that led the charge by offering cross-spoke wheels at a low cost. Cross-spoke wheels offer the best of both worlds: the flex and durability (for the most part) of regular spoke wheels and the tubeless benefits of an alloy wheel. Here’s a list of the most affordable bikes available with tubeless spoke wheels.
Benelli TRK 502 X
Rs 7.14 lakh

Updated for 2025, the 502 X is the most recent entrant on this list. It now comes equipped with a TFT display, heated grips, a heated seat and a pair of cross-spoke wheels. These additions are especially worthwhile when you consider the mile-munching focus of this motorcycle. The price of the TRK 502 X has gone up by over Rs 30,000 after the GST 2.0 rollout in September 2025.
Moto Morini Seiemmezzo Scrambler
Rs 4.82 lakh

Moto Morini’s 650cc Scrambler also features tubeless-spoke wheels and comes with an 18/17-inch (F/R) setup. The Seiemmezzo is available in a Retro Street avatar as well. Both these motorcycles received hefty price cuts post the GST 2.0 implementation, even though they are above 350cc models. For instance, the Scrambler’s price was revised from Rs 7.10 lakh to Rs 5.20 lakh. The company further lowered the Seiemmezzo twins’ prices by over Rs 30,000.
KTM 390 Adventure
Rs 3.97 lakh

A new generation of the 390 Adventure was launched in early 2025, and it came standard with tubeless spoke wheels. Interestingly, the execution is unlike any bike on this list, and the 390’s wheels have a patented design that uses a rubber seal to keep things airtight. The price for the KTM 390 Adventure has risen by over Rs 25,000 after the GST 2.0 implementation.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450
Rs 3.06 lakh to Rs 3.37 lakh

The Himalayan 450 is the only bike on this list that doesn’t come with tubeless cross-spoke wheels from the factory. Instead, they’re offered as a Rs 18,000 accessory – not a steep ask when you consider the peace of mind and convenience they bring. Interestingly, if you are an existing Himalayan 450 owner, RE will not offer a trade-in value for your standard spoke wheels. Recently, Royal Enfield has also launched a Mana Black variant of the Himalayan 450.
Zontes 350 T ADV
Rs 2.99 lakh

The Zontes 350 T ADV is a Chinese ADV that comes standard with tubeless spoke wheels. This bike costs more than quite a few credible contenders on this list, and in our previous experience with it, we found that build quality and reliability weren’t its strong points. The price of the Zontes 350 T ADV has dropped by Rs 25,000 after the new GST regime came into effect, as it falls under the sub-350cc class.
Triumph Scrambler 400 XC
Rs 2.97 lakh

The higher-spec Scrambler 400 XC variant comes standard with a pair of cross-spoke wheels. Several accessories are also offered as standard, including a body-coloured high fender, a flyscreen, a lower engine guard and an aluminium sump guard.
Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350
Rs 2.35 lakh to Rs 2.38 lakh

The Goan Classic features a lot of firsts for Royal Enfield. It’s the first J-series model, the first modern-retro and also the only one on this list to offer 19/16-inch (F/R) cross-spoke wheels from the factory. Along with the cross-spoke wheels, it also gets whitewall tyres.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange
Rs 2.18 lakh

The most recent Royal Enfield to feature tubeless-spoke wheels is the Meteor 350. It doesn’t feature cross-spoke wheels like the Goan Classic 350 and Himalayan 450. Instead, it gets aluminium tubeless spoke wheels. It is only available with the top-spec variant and in one colour, priced at Rs 2.18 lakh.
