BMW iX1 LWB new blue colour launched

The BMW iX1 LWB is now available with a new exterior colour option and can also be had with different interior upholstery. The iX1 LWB is BMW’s entry-level luxury eSUV, and its ex-showroom price is unchanged at Rs 49.90 lakh.

Along with the previously available Carbon Black, Mineral White and Skyscraper Grey exterior colours, the iX1 LWB is now also available in a new Night Dusk Blue shade. This brings the total number of colour options to four, all of which have a metallic finish. Interestingly, at launch, BMW offered its entry-level electric SUV in five metallic colour options – Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, M Carbon Black, M Portimao Blue and Sparkling Copper Grey.

The iX1 LWB has been available with what BMW calls Castanea (a mocha brown colour) vegan leather upholstery since its launch at the Auto Expo 2025 in January. Now, the eSUV’s cabin is also available in a dual-tone Smoke White and Atlas Grey finish.

The iX1 LWB continues to be offered with the 66.4kWh battery with up to 531km of MIDC range, which powers a 204hp front axle-mounted motor. BMW claims a 0-100kph time of 8.6 seconds and that the battery pack can be charged at speeds of up to 130kW on a DC fast charger.
