The Aeris EV is basically the name of the facelifted Tata Tigor EV.
The Tata Aeris EV is set to be launched on September 25, 2026.
The Aeris EV is expected to be offered with two battery pack options. These could come in the form of a 19.2kWh unit and a 24kWh pack, which is available with the updated Tiago EV.
The Aeris EV is expected to be available with two battery packs in place of the Tigor EV's single 26kWh unit, along with faster charging and new design cues both on the outside and inside.
The upcoming Tata Aeris EV is expected to come with 6 airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold control, 360-degree cameras, blind-spot monitor, ISOFIX anchors and high-beam alert.
Given its new design and feature set, the Tata Aeris EV is expected to be priced higher than the Tigor EV. For reference, the latter costs between Rs 12.49 lakh and Rs 13.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
