Mahindra XUV300 gets up to Rs 1.59 lakh discount on MY2023 stocks

    As Mahindra gears up to launch the updated XUV300 – rebadged as the XUV3XO – later this month, dealerships are offering huge benefits on unsold MY2023 stock of the XUV300. The benefits come in the form of cash discounts, official accessories and extended warranty. Let’s take a closer look.

    Discounts of up to Rs 1.59 lakh on outgoing XUV300

    Mahindra’s Kia Sonet and Tata Nexon rival gets up to Rs 1.59 lakh in discounts and benefits this month, depending on the trim and powertrain selected. Unsold 2023 XUV300 petrol in top-spec W8 form gets the maximum benefits; the diesel W8 variants get up to Rs 1.57 lakh off while the range-topping MY23 XUV300 TGDi models get up to Rs 1.50 lakh in discounts.

    Meanwhile, the W6 trims have between Rs 94,000 and Rs 1.33 lakh off, depending on the powertrain selected, the W4 variants see benefits between Rs 54,000-95,349, and the W2 gets benefits worth Rs 45,000.

    Mahindra XUV300 powertrain, specs

    The XUV300 is available in five trims – W2, W4, W6, W8 and W8(O) – and five powertrain options. The engine options include a 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine; a 117hp, 1.5-litre diesel; and a 131hp, 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol unit. The TGDi is available only with a manual, while the other two are also available with an AMT gearbox option.

    Mahindra XUV3XO: what to expect?

    With the upcoming update, the XUV300 will receive a thorough cosmetic makeover inspired by Mahindra's BE range of electric SUVs. On the inside, the dashboard will also be updated with a larger touchscreen and lots of new features including a new first-in-class panoramic sunroof, and though it will carry forward the existing engine options, it is expected to get a new torque convertor automatic for the TGDi engine.
