  • Jaguar’s ‘findmeacar.in’ and Land Rover’s ‘findmeasuv.in’ platforms have been upgraded with new features.
  • Customers can schedule and pay for service of their cars via the website.

Jaguar Land Rover was among the first carmakers in India to introduce online retail platforms with ‘findmeacar.in’ for Jaguar models, and ‘findmeasuv.in’ for Land Rover models. With the coronavirus pandemic still having a tight grip on the industry, JLR has now reinforced its online platforms with additional features, including one that allows customers to book services digitally. All this has been done to make the purchasing process easier for the customer.

What's new on the platforms?

As mentioned, both Jaguar and Land Rover have their respective online retail platforms which allow customers to purchase new cars and JLR-approved pre-owned cars. The platforms have now been upgraded with new features like online chat, a comparison function and click to call (which can be used to clarify any doubts).

Customers can either opt for a car ready for delivery or order one that is as per their like, for delivery at a later date. Additionally, buyers can also get an estimated value for their current car, if they wanted to trade-in.

How to book a service on Jaguar and Land Rover's websites?

JLR customers can now use the websites to book services for their vehicles. To schedule a service, all they'll need to provide is the car’s details, the type of service required, a convenient time and date, and the closest dealership. Once this is done, the customer will get a confirmation mail for the service and can also opt for contactless pick-up and drop-off. They will also get to approve the work being done on their car, as well as online updates of the progress via photos and videos. After the work is completed, the customer can make the payment online. The car can then be picked up by the owner, or be delivered to the selected location.

Both carmakers are also looking to draw in more customers with new products. Jaguar recently launched the F-Type facelift in India, while Land Rover has announced the prices for the Defender which is set to launch later this year.

Jaguar India’s line-up consists of XE, XF and F-Pace, while the Land Rover India range consists of the Discovery Sport, Discovery, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover.
