For the month of July, Tata Motors is offering multiple discounts and benefits, including exchange bonuses and corporate discounts, on the Tiago, Tigor, Nexon, Safari and Harrier. Just like last month, there are no discounts on Altroz, Punch, Nexon EV and Tigor EV, thanks to high demand and long waiting periods. No benefits are available on the CNG-powered Tiago and Tigor siblings either.

    Tata Harrier

Benefits of up to Rs 60,000 off

Even with only a single diesel engine option, the Harrier is a strong-seller in the segment. It scores big on looks, space and performance and driving dynamics. The 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine is paired either to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Discounts of up to Rs 60,000 are available for all variants. Corporate buyers can avail additional benefits of up to Rs 20,000. Key rivals include the MG Hector, Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos.

    Tata Safari

Benefits of up to Rs 40,000

The diesel-only Safari now sees additional competition from the new Scorpio N. Tata’s three-row SUV is big on space, has a decent feature list and a comparatively shorter waiting period. Power comes from the same 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine as the Harrier, and the SUV continues to rival the hot-selling Mahindra XUV700, SUV and the MG Hector Plus. Tata Motors is offering an exchange benefit of Rs 40,000 on its flagship SUV. However, unlike the Harrier, there are no corporate benefits on the Safari available this month.

    Tata Tiago

Benefits of up to Rs 31,500

The Tiago sees steady sales despite facing tough competition from the likes of Maruti Suzuki's Wagon R and Celerio, and the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios to some extent. Powered by an 86hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, the Tiago scores big on safety, comfort, practicality and usability. Discounts and benefits of upto Rs 31,500 are available on all variants of the Tiago petrol.

    Tata Tigor

Benefits of up to Rs 31,500

The Tigor is essentially a compact sedan based on the Tiago. It comes well-appointed with features and has a high value-for-money quotient. Key rivals include the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze and the Hyundai Aura. For the higher variants, XZ and above, benefits of up to Rs 31,500 are available, while the lower XE and XM variants see benefits of up to Rs 21,500. As mentioned above, there are no discounts on the Tigor CNG or EV this month as well.

    Tata Nexon

Benefits of up to Rs 10,000

The current bestseller in the compact SUV segment, the Nexon stands out for its smart design, pleasant ride, high safety rating and a comfortable cabin. It rivals the Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Toyota Urban Cruiser and the all-new Maruti Suzuki Brezza. Powering the Nexon are two engine options – a 120hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, and a 110hp, 1.5-litre diesel.

The petrol variants of the Nexon are available with up to Rs 6,000 off, while the diesel variants are available with discounts of up to Rs 10,000. There are no discounts on the EV versions of the Nexon. Waiting periods continue to remain high for all three versions.
