BMW India has introduced service and repair packages for BMW and Mini cars. There are three service packages on offer: Oil Inclusive, Service Inclusive Basic and Service Inclusive Plus, and Repair Inclusive package and they are valid at participating authorised service centres across the country.

What do the BMW India service packages offer?

Customers can choose the duration and mileage of their service package based on their usage, from 3 years / 40,000 km to up to 10 years / 2,00,000 km.

The first package is Oil Inclusive and it covers just engine oil service of the customer’s car.

Next is the Service Inclusive Basic package which covers all maintenance work, including any original parts and oil as well. In addition to the engine oil service, this package includes engine oil top-ups, vehicle check and standard scopes, and service/replacement of the air filter, fuel filter, micro filter, spark plugs and brake fluid.

The Service Inclusive Plus package includes all the maintenance work covered under the Service Inclusive package, with the addition of replacement of a few wear and tear parts. These parts include brake pads, brake discs, wiper blades (once a year) and clutch. Customers can choose to renew or extend the Service Inclusive packages even after its expiration, for a period of up to 15 months by paying the differential amount.

What does BMW India's repair package offer?

BMW has also introduced a Repair Inclusive package. This selection allows customers to extend the standard 24 months warranty to up to 6 years or unlimited km, and will cover repairs within the agreed contractual duration, irrespective of mileage.

There are terms and conditions for all the packages and they can be found on BMW’s website. Customers can also opt to include the cost of their selected package in the lease or loan amount of their vehicle using BMW Financial Services. In case of change of ownership, the packages are transferable to the new owner.
