Audi India has launched a limited-edition version of the Q8 SUV for Rs 1.18 crore (ex-showroom, India). This special edition costs around Rs 11 lakh more than the Q8 Celebration trim (Rs 1.07 crore) and will be available in limited numbers. While Audi recently revealed the Q8 facelift globally at the Munich motor show, the Q8 limited edition is based on the outgoing model.

Audi Q8 limited edition: what’s new?
The limited edition Q8 is offered in three colour options – Mythos Black, Glacier White and Daytona Grey – and S-Line and Black styling exterior packages with blacked-out grille, wing mirrors and roof rails. It also gets 21-inch alloy wheels, a Bang and Olufsen sound system and a four-zone climate control as standard.

The Q8 gets two touchscreens – a 10.1-inch unit for the infotainment system and an 8.5-inch unit for controlling the HVAC. The third screen inside is for the digital instrument cluster that Audi calls the virtual cockpit. Other features include a wireless charger and a rear view camera. Safety features on the Q8 include eight airbags, ESP and more.
Under the hood, the Q8 gets a 340hp, 500Nm, 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 48V mild-hybrid system and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Audi claims the Q8 can do the 0-100kph run in 5.9 seconds and has a top speed of 250kph.
Audi Q8 facelift: what it gets
Recently, Audi revealed the Q8 facelift with minimal changes over the outgoing model. The grille remains the same but has new inserts, the lights have new LED daytime running light signatures, and both front and rear light signatures work in conjunction. The Q8 rivals the Porsche Cayenne Coupe (Rs 1.41 crore) and the Lexus RX (Rs 95.80 lakh-1.19 crore). Prices for the Q8 range between Rs 1.07 crore-1.43 crore.
