The Honda XR300L is an upcoming dual-sport motorcycle that is already sold in South America. Its engine appears to be closely related to the 293cc unit used in the Honda CB300F and is likely to produce around 24.3 hp at 7,500rpm and 26.5Nm at 5,750rpm.

The Brazil-spec XR300L is Flex Fuel-compatible, allowing it to run on petrol or ethanol. However, Honda has not confirmed whether the India-spec version will get the same capability. The XR300L uses a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel setup, which is also seen on the India-spec motorcycle. The South American version gets a telescopic fork with 221mm of wheel travel and a rear monoshock with 227mm of travel, while the India-spec suspension figures are yet to be confirmed.
