Hunter 350: Best Companion?

Last Updated on: 27 Oct 2026
The Honda XR300L is a dual-purpose motorcycle developed for both everyday road use and off-road riding. The XR300L is locally manufactured in India and will be retailed through Honda BigWing dealerships.
It uses a 293.5cc air-cooled engine with an oil cooler and is designed around lightness, easy handling and long-travel suspension. Honda says the motorcycle is intended for weekday city use as well as weekend trail riding and nearby off-road riding.
Visually, the XR300L engine appears to be closely related to the 293cc unit used in the Honda CB300F. As per our report, the international-spec engine produces around 24.3hp and 26.5Nm, although Honda has not yet published the complete India-spec output figures.
The XR300L uses telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock, with a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheel combination. The long-travel suspension and wheel sizes are intended to make it usable across both paved roads and off-road terrain.
