The new iteration of Bajaj Dominar 400 is the most substantial update the bike has received since its launch in 2017. For 2019, it receives some considerable changes, in the form of a more powerful DOHC engine, reworked suspension and more. When the bike was first revealed, it came in an all-new Auroral Green colour scheme, after which dealers revealed to us that the bike is also available in a matte Vine Black scheme. Now, an advertisement from the company has revealed the Dominar in two more colours – a gloss red, and in what appears to be a matte silver finish.

A short clip of the bikes in action reveals that the bikes are not registered in India. So it remains to be seen if these colour schemes have been introduced just for foreign markets, or if they will be available here as well. However, all four colours on the updated model have been seen with black wheels with polished outer edges.

The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 is an excellent value proposition, and despite the increased price, it still undercuts the rest of its rivals by a significant margin. Head here to read about what we think of the motorcycle and here, to see how it stacks up against its rivals on paper.
