Alongside the fully electric model, JSW MG Motor has also launched the plug-in hybrid version of the Hector Tomahawk. Called the MG Hector Tomahawk PHEV, it too is based on the company’s ADAPT platform. The plug-in hybrid option pairs a 1.5-litre Atkinson-cycle petrol engine with a single electric motor and a 20.5kWh battery pack. The brand claims a maximum range of over 1,100km (on a full tank and charge), while the quoted 0-100kph time of the MG Hector Tomahawk PHEV is 9 seconds.
