In 2018, the Audi Q3 was crash tested by the Euro NCAP, where it scored a full 5-star rating. Bharat NCAP has not yet tested any Audi car yet. The current Audi Q3 comes with safety features like park assist with reverse camera, 6 airbags, TPMS, ESC and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
