The first half of 2025 was packed full of new car launches, and June looks to bookend it with a few more. Popular German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz has a couple of notable launches lined up for coming month, and Tata is set to debut a long-awaited EV in June 2025 as well. Let’s take a look at every new car hitting the Indian market over the next 30 days.

Tata Harrier EV

Launch date: June 3

After showcasing the production-spec version at Auto Expo 2025, Tata will finally launch the Harrier EV next month as the carmaker’s flagship electric car. The all-electric SUV looks mostly similar to the ICE-powered Harrier, save for a handful of EV-specific touches like a sealed grille, connected daytime running lights, sharper tail-lamp LEDs, unique badging, and new aero-friendly alloy wheels.

The Harrier EV's interior carries over most features from the standard SUV, such as the 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, digital driver’s display, four-spoke steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, etc, but with a dose of new EV tech like connected car functionality, new terrain modes, and OTA (over-the-air) updates.

Built on Tata’s modified Omega platform - now dubbed Acti.ev - the Harrier EV is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup that outputs up to 500Nm of torque. Tata has yet to reveal battery specs, but the Harrier EV has been confirmed to have achieved over 500km of real-world range on the carmaker’s internal C75 test cycle.

Mercedes-AMG G63 Collector’s Edition

Launch date: June 12

The Mercedes-AMG G63 Collector’s Edition is a new iteration of the iconic off-roader that features cosmetic updates inspired by Indian culture and aesthetics. Configured by Mercedes-Benz India and its R&D team, the G63 Collector’s Edition is the brand’s first-ever India-specific special edition and will include unique upholstery, trim pieces, and bespoke paint finishes.

Mechanically, the G63 Collector’s Edition remains unchanged compared to the standard car, and so it’ll soldier on with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 mild hybrid powertrain producing 585hp and 850Nm, paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. Pricing has not been announced yet, but the G63 Collector’s Edition is expected to land at a premium over the vanilla G63’s Rs 3.64 crore asking price.

Mercedes-AMG GT 63 and Pro

Launch date: June 27

Mercedes-Benz’s performance car line-up in India will soon be bolstered with a new range-topper in the form of the new AMG GT in two variants: the standard 63 4Matic+ and the stronger GT 63 Pro 4Matic+. The second-gen AMG GT is larger and more practical than its predecessor, courtesy of its 2+2 seating layout, greater boot space, and posher, more tech-rich cabin.

Underneath the new GT’s beautiful grand tourer design sits a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 paired with a 9-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive. The GT 63 develops 585hp and 800Nm, while the GT 63 Pro cranks it up to 612hp and 850Nm, along with adding better brakes, aero, and cooling. Both claim a 0-100kph time of 3.2 seconds, with top speeds of 315kph for the GT 63 and 317kph for the Pro. As far as prices go, the new GT is anticipated to come in north of Rs 3 crore, taking on the likes of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS.
