Toyota Innova waiting periods see reduction this month

The Hycross Hybrid still has a 13 month waiting; Innova Crysta waiting comes down to five months in July 2024.

The Toyota Innova line-up's waiting periods have seen a slight reduction this month. Customers booking the Innova Crysta or Hycross in July 2024, can expect delivery in five to thirteen months, depending on the variant.

Toyota Innova Hycross waiting period July 2024

The Innova Hycross in India offers two powertrain options. Entry-level models feature a 172hp 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with an automatic gearbox, while higher variants boast a 184hp 2.0-litre petrol engine with strong-hybrid technology. Currently, the waiting period for the non-hybrid petrol variants have reduced to about four to five months. However, the more in-demand petrol-hybrid Innova Hycross still has a waiting period of 13 months.

Bookings for the Innova Hycross ZX and ZX (O) remain paused, but some dealers maintain a waiting list for interested customers. Existing bookings are being transferred to new buyers in case of cancellation.

The non-hybrid Innova Hycross has the least demand, and to boost sales, Toyota introduced a top-spec GX (O) trim for this powertrain with additional features. The hybrid variants of the Innova Hycross, priced between Rs 19.77 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom), have always been in high demand.

Toyota Innova Crysta waiting period July 2024

The Toyota Innova Crysta currently has an official waiting period of around five months, down from six months in June 2024. Dealers, however, say that most orders are being delivered in around two months, depending on the inventory. It features a 150hp, 343Nm 2.4-litre diesel engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and is priced between Rs 19.99 lakh and Rs 26.55 lakh (ex-showroom). The Innova Crysta competes with smaller MPVs like the Ertiga, Kia Carens, and the Maruti XL6.
