Prices for the Porsche Cayenne Black Edition and the Cayenne Coupe Black Edition are now out. The Cayenne Black Edition costs Rs 1.8 crore while the Cayenne Coupe Black Edition is priced at Rs 1.87 crore. As the name implies, the SUV and the coupe-SUV feature blacked-out elements on the outside and inside.

Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe Black Edition price and powertrain

All-black versions cost about Rs 31 lakh-32 lakh more than the standard model.

Considering the standard Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe are priced at Rs 1.49 crore and Rs 1.55 crore, respectively, the Black Edition SUV and coupe-SUV cost Rs 31 lakh and Rs 32 lakh more, respectively. Both Black Edition models are powered by the same 353hp, 500Nm, 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine that is paired to an 8-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox; same as the standard models.

New alloy wheels, blacked-out headlights, ORVMs, badges and side window trim seen.

Along with the usual blacked-out bits – from the headlights and outside rear view mirror to the badges and side window trim – the Black Editions also get 21-inch RS Spyder alloy wheels, a dark bronze finish for the exhaust pipes, and LED puddle lamps as standard. Interestingly, in addition to the black exterior paint finish (Porsche calls it Chromite Black Metallic), the Black Editions also come with White, Carrara White Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, Quartzite Grey Metallic, Carmine Red and Cashmere Beige Metallic colour options as standard. Prices for other colours start at Rs 7.30 lakh, while options from Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur division start at Rs 20.13 lakh.

Both SUVs get an all-black interior as standard, with black leather upholstery, black brushed aluminium elements and illuminated door sills. The 14-way power adjustable front seats, panoramic sunroof, steering wheel and the 710W, 14-speaker Bose audio system are shared with the standard Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe.
