MG Cyberster battery and range
510hp, 725Nm

The Cyberster comes equipped with a 77kWh battery pack wired to dual motors – one for each axle – routing 510hp and 725Nm through all four wheels. MG claims that the Cyberster can sprint from 0 to 100kph in just 3.2 seconds, and it has an MIDC-certified range of 580km.
MG Cyberster exterior and interior
Swoopy, low-slung design with scissor doors

The Cyberster is a low-slung roadster with a classic long bonnet, short rear proportions and an ultra-slippery drag coefficient of 0.269Cd. Design highlights include swoopy LED headlights, arrow-shaped tail-lamps with a full-width LED strip above them, 20-inch alloy wheels, silver roll hoops, a ‘smile’-shaped fascia, a folding soft-top and, of course, scissor doors.
Four exterior dual-tone colour options are available with the Cyberster: Andes Grey with Red Roof, Flare Red with Black Roof, Modern Beige with Red Roof, and Nuclear Yellow with Black Roof.
Cabin gets four screens

Inside, the Cyberster is a driver-focused affair, with a trio of curved screens atop the dash – a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display right in front of the 3-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel, flanked by two 7-inch screens. Interestingly, there’s another 7-inch touchscreen right next to the drive selector on the angled centre console, which features a grab handle on the passenger side.
Cyberster feature list
Coming to creature comforts, the Cyberster comes with electrically adjustable seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Level 2 ADAS, adaptive cruise control, vegan leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control, a 360-degree parking camera, a cabin air filter, a sound system by Bose, and more.
MG Cyberster price and rivals
No direct rivals
The Cyberster is unique in that it’s the only all-electric convertible available in India and, therefore, doesn’t have any direct competition in the market. There are ICE-powered convertibles like the 340hp BMW Z4 (Rs 92.90 lakh) and 258hp Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet (Rs 1.15 crore) on sale here, but they’re substantially more expensive and less powerful than the Cyberster.
All prices are ex-showroom, India.
