The Ather 450 is an electric scooter that is built to make everyday commuting quicker, easier, and more enjoyable. It is available in multiple variants with battery pack options of up to 3.7kWh and offers a claimed IDC range of up to 161km. Unlike many electric scooters that focus mainly on efficiency, the Ather 450 has been developed to feel quick, practical, easy to ride, and enjoyable in city traffic. The riding experience is further enhanced by features such as a 7-inch TFT display, Google Maps navigation, over-the-air software updates, and connected functions. Depending on the variant, buyers also get multiple riding modes, traction control, cruise control, Magic Twist regenerative braking, AutoHold, and Park Assist.

Ather 450 price & variants
The Ather 450 is available in four variants: S 2.9 kWh, S 3.7 kWh, X 2.9 kWh, and X 3.7 kWh. The main differences lie in the battery capacity and equipment. While the S variants cover the essentials with a non-touch display and four riding modes, the X variants get a touchscreen dashboard, an extra Warp riding mode, Google Maps navigation, and a wider range of connected features. The X variants also use more powerful hardware, with higher RAM and storage, to support these additional functions.
The Ather 450 price starts at Rs 1.36 lakh and goes up to Rs 1.63 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Ather 450 on road price falls between Rs 1.47 lakh and Rs 1.76 lakh, depending on insurance, variant, and various other factors.
