2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor, Conti GT 650 to get new paint schemes

The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 are set to get new colour options.

    • The Interceptor 650 is expected to get 7 colours

    • RE’s Continental GT 650 could get 5 options

According to a leaked image, Royal Enfield’s 650cc twins are set to get new colour options for 2021. The interceptor 650, which is the more affordable model of the two, gets new Ravishing Black, Grey Goose, Royal Red and Ventura Blue paint schemes. This comes in addition to the already existing Baker Express, Glitter and Dust, and Orange Crush options.

The cafe racer, Continental GT 650, meanwhile, gets three dual tone colour options and two single tone options. They include Cookies and Cream, Ventura Black and Blue, and British Racing Lean. The single tone options are Mr. Clean and GT Red.

If this leaked image does prove to be accurate, one can expect these colours to come along with a price hike. And if Royal Enfield does decide to add its Tripper navigation system to these offerings that could also affect the price. At present, the Interceptor 650’s price ranges from around Rs 2.70 lakh to Rs 2.91 lakh, while the price for the Continental GT 650 starts at Rs 2.85 lakh and goes up to Rs 3.07 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).
