Hyundai's best-selling SUV, the Creta, is sold in 11 trims and comes with the choice of three powertrains-- a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, producing 115hp, a 1.5-litre turbo petrol producing 160hp and a 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 116hp. While the naturally aspirated petrol and diesel engines come with manual and automatic options, the turbo petrol is sold exclusively with a DCT automatic transmission. The Creta comes with seven monotone colour options and one dual-tone colour option. The monotone options include Starry Night, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, Atlas White, and Emerald Pearl. A matte finish is available with the Titan Grey colour and in Black. Out of these, only the Atlas White gets a dual-tone option with an Abyss Black roof.

Poll of the month

What do you think about the push for ethanol blends even higher than E20 petrol?

Good move; it cuts dependence on crude oil imports
I support it as it’s a greener solution than pure petrol
I’ll accept it only if it’s cheaper than E20 petrol
I am concerned about damage to my vehicle
Not good; fuel efficiency will drop even further
