The Yamaha Fascino has been a functional, yet good-looking scooter from the beginning. Yamaha has just given it new features like a TFT display and refreshed colour options. Unlike its sibling, the RayZR, the Fascino keeps things simpler with a three variant spread and though they all (mostly) look the same, there are features to be gained by stepping up to a higher variant, but should you?
To keep the comparison easier to follow, here are all the things that are common. All three variants share the same 125cc single-cylinder engine with 8.2hp of power and 10.3Nm of torque. All three are also equipped with Yamaha’s mild hybrid system to deliver slightly more torque, a starter motor generator, and a stop-start system. They all also have a unified braking system (UBS), same tyre and rim sizes, a rear drum brake, 21L underseat storage, and there’s no change in seat height and kerb weight either.
All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi.
