Toyota’s service network is strong, but Maruti’s is even wider and more accessible, which further strengthens the ownership case. Since you are coming from a Honda City and prioritising low running costs and reliability, the Victoris CNG is the more sensible and value-driven choice. The Seltos and Victoris are bigger, but not my much and the premium you pay does not justify the entry-level variants. The Brezza also has a comfortable rear seat and a decent boot, which will suit a family of four plus a pet dog and is a better deal overall.
